What is XCamp and Why Is It the Must-Attend Event at EXPCON?
XCamp will be front ‘n center when EXPCON 2022 kicks off at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Tuesday, Oct. 11, but look — space is running out!
XCamp is a big favorite among eXp Realty agents and we know it will be a packed affair. That’s why anyone interested in attending, needs to reserve their spot during registration because space is limited.

But, what the heck is XCamp and why should an agent attend?
What is XCamp?
XCamp is called the “unconference conference.” It’s an intense collaboration between eXp Realty’s agents to discuss real estate topics big and small.
So, what’s on the agenda?
That’s the point – there is no agenda!
Here’s how it works: eXp Realty agents congregate in a room for the first 30 minutes and decide on session topics and everyone votes on their favorites. Then, speakers are decided and rooms are chosen. Agents can attend whichever session appeals to them. Whether it’s lead generation, revenue sharing, how to become a team leader or how to do open houses, there’s something for everyone.

Want to Teach An XCamp Class?
If you consider yourself a pro in marketing, referrals, lead gen, kvCORE, or other disciplines, you’re urged to volunteer to deliver a session. All attendees are strongly encouraged to pitch and request topics. And those who lead sessions lead it much like a mastermind – there is collaboration from those in attendance, too!
