eXp Realty Expands Its Presence in the Middle East, Opening in Dubai

eXp Realty is fortifying its presence in the Middle East by opening brokerage operations in Dubai, a city in the United Arab Emirates that is considered the gateway to the Middle East. (Read the press release here.)

The opening of Dubai marks the 24th location for eXp Realty and eXp’s sixth market to open in 2022 after the Dominican Republic, Greece, New Zealand, Chile and Poland. It is the second marketplace to open in the Middle East in addition to Israel.

Dubai Boasts the World’s Tallest Building

Dubai is commonly compared to Singapore and Hong Kong as an exciting modern city with unique, futuristic architecture and ultramodern skyscrapers – even boasting the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa at 2,716.5 feet (828 meters) and 160 stories. Additionally, Dubai has several man-made islands – one which is shaped like a palm tree, offering beaches, residences and hotels.
