Canada’s Shae Invidiata Says eXp’s Global Reach and Leadership Inspired Her to Come Back

Canada’s Shae Invidiata is an entrepreneur, human rights activist, wellness advocate and all-around disruptor whose path to success is greatly driven by her passion for causes. Whether it’s founding a nonprofit to fight human trafficking via her site, Free Them, or being openly personal about her explanting decision, one thing is clear about Shae: She is passionate and driven.

Another significant thing to know about Shae is she is an Invidiata – part of a powerhouse luxury real estate brand in the greater Toronto area, led by her father, Christopher Invidiata. Shae was part of her dad’s team with eXp until they left for a competitor. After several months, Shae returned to eXp – alone – citing eXp’s extensive global reach and leadership as the reasons to return.

In 2021, Shae made a courageous decision to move to Costa Rica to fulfill her desire of being back on the ocean to enjoy a different quality of life.

Best tip to share with other agents:

“Remember you are in the service industry.  Focus on the client, serve them EXCEPTIONALLY well and the money will follow.

“Also, fall in love with the F word – follow up.  The fortune is in the follow up.  Agents often are very blindsided to what is actively in front of them, that they forget their pending potential clients.  There’s often a lot of money sitting idle there.”
