Six Straight Years! eXp Realty Makes Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work List Again!

eXp Realty is No. 20 on U.S. Large Companies list; eXp Canada is No. 7 and makes list for second time

eXp Realty continues its reputation as a great place to work, making Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list for the sixth straight year in the U.S. Additionally, our neighbor to the north, eXp Canada, made the list for the second straight year. 

eXp Realty ranked No. 20 on Glassdoor’s 2023 list of 100 Best Places to Work in the large company category in the U.S. eXp Canada placed No. 7 out of 50 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work Canada list after finishing No. 15 last year. (Read the press release here.)

Glassdoor Award Based Solely on Employees’ Input

Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Award is in its 15th year and is a popular annual award which is based solely on the input of company employees who submit anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer. 

Employees are asked to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and provide ratings for nine workplace factors, including career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, diversity and inclusion, and work/life balance. Employers considered for the large list must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the nine workplace attributes, which are taken into account as part of the awards algorithm.
