“When I have a listing, especially in this market with tight inventory and multiple offers, I am making sure that I am vetting buyers who are making offers on my listings. I call their lender to make sure they have the cash to close, that their paperwork is all in order,’’ Robyn said.

When and why did you join eXp?

“I joined eXp in August of 2021. I was with a very small brokerage and I needed more support and community.  I wasn’t looking for a brick-and-mortar location but more so a great culture to be a part of.  I joined due to a few talks with my sponsor Mike Collier and then I attended the Honey Badgers training held here and was sold. Everyone was leading with value and willing to help.”

“I love the culture and the ability to build a financial future as a result of my real estate sales.  I love going to events and meeting people from all over the world.”

“That I actually could earn my cap back in stock.”
