Lowcountry’s Allison Greco Says eXp’s Rev Share, Stock and Borderless Model Boosts Her Agents’ Business

Allison Greco and the Greco Team prides itself on being Beaufort, South Carolina’s most innovative real estate team. So it wasn’t lost on Allison to want more for her 11 agents, which is why they joined eXp Realty in July.

“We were looking for a way to collaborate with agents and teams to help our group and agents grow their businesses and lives with the benefits of leveraged income through revenue share and stock options. Allowing our agents to sell in multiple markets and states will help them grow without borders and limits,” said Allison.

Allison’s team rolled up $82 million in closed sales on 212 transactions in 2022, and has been consistently among the top 1% of real estate groups in the Beaufort market, a small city on the coast of South Carolina that is gaining recognition for its Southern hospitality and Lowcountry beauty.

Another Passion of Allison’s: Wildlife Rescue

When Allison is not working real estate deals, she throws her passion into wildlife rescue.

“I started rehabbing about 5 years ago. We started a small network of people who rehab and connect them to help our wildlife in need and it took off. I started with squirrels then expanded to rabies vector species like raccoons. We have done mink, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, many different birds, and fawns! I will take whatever animal is in need but we focus on wildlife. We also foster and rescue English Setters!”

In addition to her 11 agents, Allison has moved her three staff members to eXp, including a director of operations, transaction coordinator and listing coordinator
