eXp Commercial’s Tom Nguyen Represents Buyer in $76.5M Deal for Raytheon Campus
Tom Nguyen of eXp Commercial represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 33.76-acre campus currently occupied by Fortune 100 company Raytheon.
The sale closed on August 31 for $76.5 million. Located at 1801 Hughes Dr., Fullerton, California, the Raytheon campus consists of 405,130 square feet of buildings on 33.8 acres in a prime Sunny Hills location of Fullerton. The seller was represented by a team led by Nico Napolitano and Jeffrey Cole of Cushman & Wakefield.
“This was a rare opportunity to acquire one of the largest infill sites in Orange County in a prime Sunny Hills location of Fullerton at a low $188 PSF on the buildings and $52 PSF on the land,” said Nguyen.
According to CommercialEdge data, this sale is the largest office property to sell in Orange County this year.
