Co-founders David Tsen and Sunny Ahuja Move Vancouver-based Oracle Group to eXp Realty Canada for Revenue Share Model
Canada real estate agents David Tsen and Sunny Ahuja were both top-producing individual agents in the beautiful Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area of British Columbia. But, knowing the power of teams, they joined forces in 2021 to co-found the Oracle Property Group within Sutton Group-West Coast Realty.
Not to be complacent, they struck another bold move a few years later by leaving Sutton Group and moving their Oracle Group of eight agents and three staff to eXp Realty Canada in October 2023.
“We spent 1-2 years contemplating the move to eXp and joined to get into the revenue share model and to be involved in the early stages of the expanding cloud-based brokerage. Also, team splits were super beneficial,” said David.

The Oracle Property Group completed $90 million (CAD) in sales on 125 transactions in 2022.
“eXp has been great so far. We are getting lots of support from all different avenues. Managers and conveyancers have also been great,” said David.
The Oracle Property Group specializes in all facets of real estate, including residential, commercial, pre-sales, new construction and land.
