As Northern Colorado natives, these two experienced real estate pros have taken their passion for the greater Fort Collins area and turned it into a thriving brokerage. In 2023, the crew at Hub closed on $110 million in sales on 240 units.
Their mega-team is made up of 32 agents, an office manager, a marketing and design manager and a couple of transaction coordinators. But like a lot of independent brokers, Shaun and Philip could not avoid the benefits of moving their operations to eXp Realty.

“We had been looking at eXp for a long time, almost 5 years off and on, but when one of our agents lit the spark under us, we really started considering the move. After conferencing with our team, we decided as a whole team that eXp was a great fit for us. We’re excited to be here,’’ Shaun said.

“I can’t think of a better place to live and work. Alongside my wife and business partner Sara, we have built our real estate business and brokerage with a focus on our clients’ best interests. We have personally helped over 500 families buy and sell their homes, from first-time home buyers to multimillion-dollar luxury listings,’’ Shaun said.

What are your impressions of eXp so far?
“We’re excited. Still early on in the switchover but the amount of training, resources and opportunities really sets eXp apart,’’ said Philip, who has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006.
Do you specialize in certain types of real estate?
“Our team covers it all. Primarily residential real estate but we have commercial agents, luxury, and farm and ranch, investments and other specialties,’’ Shaun said.
