TV News Anchor-Turned-Broker Jason Hill Did His Research and Moved His Texas Team to eXp Realty

Jason Hill might be called the “Renaissance Man of Texas Real Estate,” but it hardly scratches the surface. From his background as a collegiate fencer, a television news broadcaster in major metro markets and appearing as an Austin, TX-based real estate agent on HGTV’s “Bang For Your Buck” show, it’s clear Jason can bring tremendous value to his clients and agents. Now he is setting his sights on expanding his team’s growth with eXp Realty, joining in February 2024.

Jason Eager to Tap Into Growing His Team Internationally

While his first career was in TV news, appearing nationally in markets like Miami, Detroit and Austin, Jason has almost 20 years of experience selling real estate. He started with Keller Williams, then moved to Fathom Realty before starting his own brokerage in 2023. But being the savvy analyst of information, Jason was prompted to do something he did not expect to do. One year after launching Hill International Realty, Jason joined eXp.

“Once I created my own brokerage, I had no intentions of joining another company. However, that all changed after learning more about eXp. Last year, Hill International Realty closed on $20 million in sales on 33 units.
