With more than 2,000 transactions totaling $400+ million in sales, Nate Lancaster and his high-producing team of 23 agents were humming along at Century 21. But after 10 years there, it came time for Nate and his wife, Kelly – a partner and salesperson – to plot the long game for his Wisconsin team.
