For the second straight year, eXp Realty is unveiling its international top-producing individuals and teams by volume and sides for 2023. Amie Brooks of the United Kingdom took top honors for individual agents for volume and France’s Team LuxuryByBlue sealed the top spot for teams.
The UK’s Mark Buchanan was the top individual agent for sides and the NRG Team of South Africa took top honors for teams.
Top eXp Realty Individual Agents Internationally By Volume
Leading in individual sales volume is the UK’s Amie Brooks, who is an ICON agent. In 2023, she finished with £31,201,150.00 in volume ($39,719,063.95 in USD).
Second is Christopher Abraham of the UK who finished with £27,952,550.00 in volume ($35,583,596.15 in USD). Christopher is a two-time ICON agent.
Third is Mark Buchanan of the UK who finished with £25,368,250.00 in volume ($32,293,782.25 in USD). Mark is a two-time ICON agent.

Leading the Top 10 Teams internationally by volume is Team LuxuryByBlue of France, led by Andy Pratt. Team LuxuryByBlue finished 2023 with €41,578,694.00 in volume ($45,894,532.44 in USD).
Second is Portugal’s Consultan team, led by Arnaldo Grossman. Consultan finished 2023 with €25,404,503.76 in volume ($28,041,491.25 in USD).
Third is NRG of South Africa, led by James Conyers, finishing 2023 with R287,744,364.52 in volume ($15,739,616.74 in USD).

First in sides is the UK’s Mark Buchanan who had 157 sides, generating £25,368,250.00 in volume ($32,293,782.25 in USD).
Second was Christopher Abraham, also of the UK, who had 132 sides, resulting in £27,952,550.00 in volume ($35,583,596.15 in USD).
Third is Amie Brooks of the UK, who generated 119 sides for £31,201,150.00 in volume ($39,719,063.95 in USD).

South Africa’s NRG team was tops in sides with 186, resulting in R287,744,364.52 ($15,739,616.74 in USD).
Second was the Consultan Team of Portugal with 75 sides and €25,404,503.76 in volume ($28,041,491.25 in USD).
Portugal’s Kaya Properties, led by Leesa Booyzen, was third with 59 sides for €7,396,262.12 in volume ($8,163,994.13 in USD).
