eXp Realty’s Chief Innovation Officer, Seth Siegler, has been named a winner of HousingWire’s prestigious Tech Trendsetters award for the second time, highlighting his impact and leadership in the housing industry. This award honors the most innovative technology leaders driving advancements in the housing economy, and Seth was previously recognized with this accolade in 2021.

Siegler’s award acknowledges his pivotal role in pushing forward eXp Realty’s technology initiatives, particularly his work with AI and tech solutions. One of his standout achievements includes the launch of the Luna 2.0 multi-agent chatbot, which has enhanced agent efficiency and engagement. Since joining eXp in May 2019, Siegler has been instrumental in developing and testing new tools aimed at creating greater efficiency for eXp agents.

Promoted to VP of Technology Innovation in July 2021 and later to Chief Innovation Officer in March 2024, Siegler continues to lead the charge in identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
