Schroeder & Co. Real Estate, led by Rylie Schroeder, has made a bold move, transitioning from Compass to eXp Realty. With a team of 12 agents and 3 support staff, operating across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, Schroeder & Co. is eager to take advantage of eXp’s expansive network. Year to date, the team has closed $35 million in sales on 65 units.

For Rylie, the decision to leave Compass was not made lightly. After over a year with the brokerage, she realized that her team needed more than just a solid foundation – they needed a place that truly embraced collaboration and empowered agents to thrive autonomously. 

“Our goal with the brokerage switch was not only to enable our agents to make more money but to surround ourselves with industry leaders who prioritized collaboration in a way we weren’t previously getting,” Rylie explained. “The team we are building is unique, operating in three different cities in Texas and offering a rare level of autonomy to our agents.
