Top Central Massachusetts and Cape Cod Agent Michelle Terry Joins eXp Realty With 12 Agents and $40M in 2024 Sales

One of Central Massachusetts and Cape Cod’s top-performing agents, Michelle Terry, has officially joined eXp Realty, bringing a dynamic team of 12 agents and 3 support staff. In 2024, Michelle’s team closed $40 million in sales across 137 units, a standout performance that reflects her deep roots in the Massachusetts market and her passion for agent development.

Michelle operates out of Spencer, Massachusetts, serving the Central Mass region between Springfield and Worcester, and has had a strong presence on Cape Cod for over 25 years, especially in Falmouth and the Upper Cape area.

After more than nine years with EXIT Realty and a career that began in 1997, Michelle said it was time for a change. 

“EXIT was a great chapter of my journey,” she shared. “But I’m ready for the next level, and I know I can do big things at eXp Realty – not just for me, but for my agents.”

Coaching Group Is Like an Extended Family

Michelle is part of a network of coaches affiliated with Workman Success Systems, a national real estate coaching organization. Many of her fellow coaches – including longtime friend and mentor Rick Geha, a revered eXp leader who passed away in 2022 – are now with eXp. Michelle said her decision to join was influenced heavily by that shared bond and the collaborative spirit within the coaching group.

“We became really tight after Rick’s passing,” Michelle said. “There’s a big group of us – from Wisconsin to California to South Carolina – who are coming together at eXp because we want to grow and be in big rooms together. It’s about honoring Rick’s legacy and lifting each other up.”

Joining eXp Gives Michelle’s Agents Tools for Growth

Michelle led a “blended office” under EXIT – a mix of team agents, whom she supplied with leads and support, and independent agents who operated under her guidance but maintained their own branding and structure.

Now, at eXp Realty, Michelle says she’s excited to give her agents even more tools to thrive –  whether that’s a rising social media star, a commercial expert with a nine-figure portfolio, or an agent ready to dive into eXp’s popular revenue share program.

“I used to say they were my agents – now, I say they’re my partners,” Michelle said. “At eXp, we’re not capped. We’re not limited. I can help each of them find the right path, whether that’s residential, luxury, commercial, or something else.”

From Her Own Indie to eXp, a Journey of Growth

Michelle’s journey in real estate began when she was just 23 years old. From her early days at Century 21 and RE/MAX, to launching her own brokerage – Quaboag Valley Real Estate – in 2006, to buying into the EXIT franchise in 2015, Michelle has built a career on grit, vision, and a genuine love for the business.

Today, she’s channeling that same drive into her future with eXp Realty.

“This move allows me to focus on what I’m passionate about – coaching, production, and helping agents win,” she said. “eXp gives us the structure and support we need, so we can dream bigger and grow faster.”
