The Movement Ignites: Momentum, Meaning and Miami Energy Collide

eXpcon Miami 2025 general session opened with rhythm, courage and collaboration.

Matt Edenburg, known as @agentofrock, joined by Ethan Edenburg, kicked off General Session with music, laughter, and Miami rhythm.

The lights came up to guitar riffs and quick-fire punch lines as Matt + Ethan Edenburg opened the first General Session of eXpcon Miami 2025. Their mix of humor and rhythm drew instant laughs, and before long agents were singing along to eXp-ified lyrics set to classic anthems. It was a light-hearted start that lifted the room.

Momentum Meets Meaning

Chief Executive Office, Leo Pareja, and Chief Marketing Officer, Wendy Forsythe, opened with focus and vision.

Chief Executive Officer, Leo Pareja, and Chief Marketing Officer, Wendy Forsythe, opened the morning with a message rooted in purpose and momentum. They spoke about how innovation, collaboration and accountability will define eXp’s next chapter and how 2025 is not about predicting the future but building it together.

Attendees also got a first look at several major announcements that will shape eXp’s next phase of innovation and expansion including: MiraTM, the new Sports & Entertainment division, and AI Accelerator.

One Bold Move at a Time

The Girls With Grit inspired agents to say yes before they’re ready.

Girls With Grit delivered One Bold Move: How Capacity Becomes the Currency of Growth, a talk about courage and action. Their advice: say yes before you’re ready, take imperfect action and build capacity one decision at a time.

“Confidence doesn’t come first,” they said. “Courage does.”

Fast Forward Blueprint: Growth in Collaboration

Kendall Bonner, Kyle Whissel, Mary Maloney and Dan Beer shared how collaboration creates collective success.

The Fast Forward Blueprint panel, featuring eXp’s Vice President of Industry Relations Kendall Bonner along with Daniel Beer, Kyle Whissel and Mary Maloney, showcased how collaboration fuels innovation and sustainable growth. The group emphasized that accountability, shared systems and open exchange are essential for elevating teams and achieving long-term success

Building the Future, Now

Dylan Nonaka showed how clarity and execution turn vision into reality.

Hawai‘i-based leader Dylan Nonaka reminded attendees that clarity is what turns ambition into progress. He shared how five friends built a statewide powerhouse by focusing on systems, consistency and community, proving that the tools are the same for everyone, but results come from execution.

“Every agent has access to the same platform,” he said. “What you do with it is what sets you apart.”

From Brand to Voice

Alexis Diaz reminded agents that every message builds a brand.

Alexis Diaz shared how showing up with authenticity turned her doubts into direction — and her voice into a brand. She spoke about starting with nothing more than an iPhone, a mic, and a message, proving that confidence and consistency matter more than gear or production. Her mantra, “I got you,” has become more than a hook — it’s a promise that built her business, her following, and her team. Diaz challenged agents to stop waiting for perfection and start pressing record, reminding them that every post, video, and client interaction is an opportunity to earn trust and build connection.

Building Wealth, Not Just Sales

Brandon Brittingham urged agents to focus on legacy and long-term prosperity.

Brandon Brittingham expanded on the morning’s theme of vision and growth, challenging agents to measure success by more than production alone. He spoke about building lasting impact through purpose-driven business and financial strategy, reminding attendees that true achievement blends both prosperity and legacy.

“When you get to the end of the road,” he asked, “do you want to say you sold a bunch of homes, or that you created generational wealth? Why can’t both be true?”

The AI Spectrum and What’s Next

The AI Spectrum panel with Seth Siegler, Leo Robles and Smita Singh explored how technology elevates teams.

In the closing panel, Chief Innovation Officer Seth Siegler, Smita Singh and Leo Robles discussed The AI Spectrum: Empowering Agents, Elevating Teams, exploring how artificial intelligence can streamline operations and sharpen strategy without losing the human element.
