After Closing on $274M in 2023, Arizona’s Tyler Blair Brings 85-agent Legacy Real Estate Powerhouse to eXp Realty

With 619 closings valued at $274 million in 2023 and a team of 85 agents and support staffers, Tyler Blair and his partner Jarom Rogers had proved they have all the right stuff to be one of Arizona’s top-producing teams. 

But for all the same reasons the Legacy Real Estate Team is an industry leader, Tyler knew he had to keep the wheels of progress turning. So after 18 months of serious investigation, he turned to eXp Realty. On April 15, this Chandler-based powerhouse made their move official.

“When the real estate market started to shift and interest rates went up in 2021 the real estate industry became more difficult. We took a hard look at our business and what we were doing, what we could provide for our agents and what our brokerage could provide for our agents and thought a lot about our next move,’’ Tyler said. 

“Ultimately it came down to the fact that we want to be the best and in order to do that we need to surround ourselves with the best of the best.  The people in eXp have done what we want to do,’’ he said.

With eXp’s explosive growth and worldwide network of more than 85,000+ agents, Tyler said he was already building relationships with eXp agents and loved what he was seeing. Kevin Kauffman and Fred Weaver of Group 4610 brokered by eXp blazed a trail for the Legacy Real Estate Team to break from My Home Group.
