After Joining eXp Commercial, Space Coasters Holly Carver and Lisa Earnhardt’s Business Skyrocketed

Rockets launching off the coast of Florida are quite a visual, especially for real estate pros like Holly Carver and Lisa Earnhardt. The pair launched their Rocket City Real Estate brokerage right on the shores of Space Coast of Florida, where rockets are propelled into orbit from Kennedy Space Center. 

Leveraging the booming space industry, from their mission statement to dressing like astronauts on social media, Holly and Lisa encompass the excitement and innovation of aerospace in all of their marketing.

With commercial real estate as their priority and a residential division of 7 agents, the founders of Rocket City Real Estate were determined to maximize their mission. That’s why, in 2020, the duo searched for software solutions that would help Rocket City streamline operations.

In connecting the dots about how to maximize opportunity and network with the most plugged-in community of agents, Holly and Lisa hit the jackpot: A career-changing talk with Tina Caul, one of eXp Realty’s most successful agents. It led to a big move in 2021 when Rocket City Real Estate became Rocket City Commercial brokered by eXp Commercial.

“Little did we know that during our inquiry about kvCORE, we would soon be speaking with someone at the top of the team production charts and the co-founder of eXp Luxury!’’ Holly said.

“We started speaking to her in October of 2020, and continued to ask hundreds of questions. Tina connected us with other people in eXp, and at eXp Commercial. It was actually hard to believe how open everyone was in speaking with us, not at all like a traditional brokerage where agents are protective of their information and best practices,’’ Lisa said.

The Move to eXp Commercial Resulted in a 150% Uptick in Business

After confirming they could continue with their Rocket City brand, in December of 2020 Holly and Lisa accepted eXp’s invitation to become agent owners as the first two commercial agents in Florida. 

“We joined in January of 2021 and our business grew 150% in our first year with eXp Commercial,’’ Holly said, adding that she and Lisa “closed 65 sales and leasing transactions across all areas of commercial real estate: industrial, office, retail, medical, vacant land,’’ Lisa said. 

The duo has closed on over $58 million since joining eXp Commercial and have enjoyed ICON agent status.
