Big Teams and Agents Continue to Flock to eXp Realty for Its Agent-centric Value Prop

Here is a quick snapshot of some of the formidable talent in the U.S. and Canada who have joined eXp Realty in recent months:

• Phoenix’s Michelle Mojica moved her 30-agent powerhouse Mojica & Associates Real Estate team to eXp Realty. In 2023, her team closed $126 million in sales on 288 units.
• Courtney Twiss, founder of her independent brokerage Twiss Realty in Mariposa, California, moved her team of 20 agents. In 2023, the Twiss team closed on $127 million in sales.
• Jason Spartalis and Marc Papineau of Ottawa’s Team Today moved four agents and four staff. They closed $51,920,000 on 143 units for 2023.
• Chris Knighton, the founder and team leader for Knighton Real Estate Advisors, of Grimsby, Ontario, brought his mega team to eXp Realty Canada. With 14 agents and four full-time staff members, Knighton closed on $150 million in sales on 180 transactions.
• Angela Westerik, founder of Community Real Estate Group in London, Ontario, closed $136,646,767 in volume on 238 transactions between 2019 and 2023.
• Montreal, Quebec’s Sophie Patera moved her 12-agent independent brokerage to eXp. She closed on $38 million (CAD) in sales in 2023. 
• Central Florida’s Jerry Anderson, CCIM, a heavyweight in the commercial real estate sector, joined eXp Commercial. Jerry has a distinguished 50-year career at the very top of the industry. In addition, he will serve as a mentor and corporate advisor.
• Two powerhouse teams from Texas, the Ronnie and Cathy Matthews Group and Mike Seder Group – friendly competitors at RE/MAX – joined together and will bring a total of 45 agents between them. Ally and Mike Seder closed $259,586,770 in sales volume on 315 transactions in 2022, while Ronnie and Cathy Matthews sold over 15,000 homes with a total value exceeding $4 billion.
• Shaun Dolon and Philip Hofeling, co-founders of Colorado’s Hub Real Estate, moved their 32-agent team. They closed $110 million in sales on 240 units in 2023.
• Emily Barry and the six-agent Barry Team joined eXp Realty Canada. In 2023, the Barry Team closed $80 million (CAD) on 160 units and has been the Niagara Falls #1 team for 7 years.
• British Columbia’s Simon Laurie of Castlegar Realty Ltd. moved his eight agents after closing on $40,000,000 (CAD) in sales on 160 units in 2023. 
• Indiana’s John and Kimberly Wischmeier moved their 18-agent ONE Dream team. They completed $60 million in closed sales on 230 units in 2023.
• Southern California’s Ruben and Jenn Hernandez moved their 54-agent independent EGA Homes Team to eXp. In 2023, they closed on more than $47 million on 106 units.
• St. Louis’ Jose Ponce moved his 23-agent Ponce Realty Group to eXp Realty. He closed $155 million in sales on 280 transactions in 2023.
