Costanza Genoese Zerbi doesn’t do anything halfway. After nearly a decade in the business, working with Coldwell Banker and Redfin, Costanza finally landed where she feels she belongs. Born and raised in Italy, Costanza’s life and career span multiple continents and cultures. She’s lived in Southern California, Northern California, and even the Netherlands, picking up a wealth of experiences – and fluency in two languages – along the way.

Her academic credentials are equally impressive: a UC Berkeley undergraduate degree and an MBA from UCLA. That educational foundation, paired with a Fortune 100 background in classical marketing, helped shape her business acumen and client-focused approach to real estate.

“I specialize in helping people,” she says. “I’m just as comfortable selling a one-bedroom condo as I am a luxury villa or a multi-unit investment property. It’s about market diligence, connection, and changing lives – one client at a time.”

With $65,282,497 in closed sales across 65 units in 2024 alone, Costanza ranks among the top-producing agents in the country. She’s earned a spot on the RealTrends Top 500 list in both sides and volume for the past four years. But while the spotlight finds her often, Costanza is quick to point out that her success is built on relationships, not headlines.

Costanza gets her energy from her daily 6 a.m. walks with her two boxer dogs, Buster Doglass and Cashew Clay. Or maybe it comes from that marathon mindset: focused, disciplined, and always moving forward.

“I ran my first Boston the year after the bombing,” she says. “I had to run it as an answer to terrorism, so I ran my first marathon in order to qualify for Boston — and I did. It was a powerful, emotional experience. I got injured at mile 6, but I found a way to finish. That’s how I approach everything in life. You keep going. You adapt. You give it everything you’ve got.”
