Denver Sprint Event Celebrates Growth Achievements of 100+ eXp Realty Agents

More than 100 eXp Realty agents attended the two-day Sprint event last week in Denver, Colorado to celebrate their efforts in helping to grow eXp Realty, which now numbers more than 86,000 agents worldwide.

It was also a chance for eXp’s agents to network and attend masterminds to help grow their business.

“I learned more at this event than I learned in real estate school, more than I’ve learned doing transactions at various brokerages and more than I could’ve learned at any Ivy League school.”

Among the eXp leaders in attendance were eXp World Holdings Founder, CEO and Chairman Glenn Sanford; eXp Realty Chief Growth Officer Michael Valdes; President of eXp Realty, North America, Dave Conord; eXp Realty Vice Presidents of Growth Amy Weaver and Sean Murphy; U.S. West Regional Director of Growth, Russ Laggan; Directors of Growth for Canada, Nathalie Goodyer and Nadia Habib and Network Specialist Susan McClain.

Day 1 Highlights:

eXp Realty agent John Gluch, who operates out of Las Vegas, Phoenix and San Diego, gave a presentation on “Systematic Approach to Recruitment.” He said agents and their groups need a “systematic, repeatable” plan and to set a goal to recruit five non-team agents who’ve sold 12+ homes in the last 12 months, which will take four hours a week. He said he is reaping the benefits and making $47K a year doing this.

Next, Michelle Saward from Trenton, Mich., delivered a talk on “Burnout to Break Out – How to Host the Right Conversation and Deliver Based on Need.”

John Kitchens from Oklahoma was up next. He told his story of how he dropped out of Cameron University and moved to California, then left California and moved back to Oklahoma to work construction. He met eXp influencer Jay Kinder in 2004 and over the past 17 years has successfully started, grown, and scaled two separate seven-figure real estate businesses with over 4,300 transactions.

He has spoken to over 10,000 real estate professionals across North America on how to grow, scale, and profit more in their business.

“I have inspired and challenged people to think bigger so that they can transform their business and their lives.”

Corey Welch, a 4-time ICON agent from Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio, spoke on “Scaling Production and Revenue Share.”

Traci Gagnon, Pete Middleton and Curtis Shewell spoke about the luxury market and what lies ahead. Dave Gagnon followed this panel with his own presentation on leveraging. Dave was eXp Realty’s first director of growth and agent No. 123, who helped grow eXp from 272 agents to 6,601 in that capacity.

Michele Mangold and Michelle Saward delivered a talk on “Growing with Grit and Heart.”

Curtis Shewell and Bob Mangold spoke about “Live Objection Handling.”

Day 2 Highlights:

  • Curtis Johnson talked about “The 8 Milestones and being on the path from ZERO to 5,000 agents in your organization.”
  • Mitch Ribak shared his insight on “Recruiting Indie Brokerages.”

The two-day affair was also filled with some downtime in which the group went bowling, hiked the grounds of the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheatre grounds and had dinner at an Italian restaurant.

Special note: Many thanks to Daniel Eng, Christi Davidson and Andi May for supplying these photos from Sprint!
