eXp Agents Arturo Flores, Veronica Figueroa and Monica Foster Named Among Top 10 in the U.S. by NAHREP

After reviewing more than 2,000 nominations, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP®) named three eXp Realty agents among the Top 10 Latino Agents and Top 10 Latino Teams in the U.S. — Arturo Flores, Veronica Figueroa and Monica Foster.

NAHREP announced the awards in its eleventh annual Top 250 Latino Agents Report on June 9, recognizing outstanding Latino real estate agents and teams from across the country. The Top 250 list honors agents who have closed an outstanding number of transactions in an effort to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership.

“Each candidate brings a unique story of personal triumph, overcoming adversity, devotion to their trade, and work every day in their local market to make homeownership a reality for families,” the report website reads. “NAHREP believes in the importance of recognizing such hard working people who make homeownership their personal mission.” 

Arturo Flores, an eXp Realty agent in Woodstock, Illinois, was named the No. 10 Latino Agent in the U.S. and the No. 1 Agent in Illinois with 149 transactions in 2021. Arturo earned his real estate license in 2006 and created the Arturo Flores Team in 2014 with his wife, Teresa joining him. He joined eXp Realty in January 2022. In May 2022, he earned the eXp Realty ICON Agent Award, which is reserved for agents who achieve exceptional production goals and positively impact company culture. 

The Figueroa Team, led by ICON Agent Veronica Figueroa in Orlando, was named No. 2 Latino Team in the U.S. with 2,175 transactions in 2021. Veronica has been licensed since 2001 and began working in real estate in 2004. She has served as NAHREP’s North Orlando President and has won an Inman Innovator award for Most Innovative Team, as well as an Inman Influencer award. She joined eXp Realty in June 2019 and is a keynote speaker and SUCCESS Coach to teams and brokers across the country. At EXPCON 2021, she moderated a fireside chat with Venus Williams, former No. 1 world tennis champion. 

The Monica Foster Team, led by ICON Agent Monica Foster in League City, Texas, was named No. 5 Latino Team in the U.S. with 558 transactions. Monica became a real estate agent in 2004, created the Monica Foster Team in 2013 and joined eXp Realty in February 2019. At EXPCON 2021, the Monica Foster Team was named a Silver Standard Team by gross commission income.
