eXp Commercial’s James Huang Is a GlobeSt.com Influencer; Named to RPR Board

eXp Commercial President James Huang is receiving double-sided recognition, having just been named 2024 Influencer in CRE Technology by the editors of GlobeSt.com. In addition, at the first of the year, he was named to NAR’s Realtors Property Resource (RPR) Board of Directors – the first time a commercial leader has a seat on the board.

“It’s an honor and privilege to serve and be recognized,” said James. “Having been involved with NAR and many technology companies for so many years, I was able to share my knowledge and experience to help our real estate community grow and thrive through innovation.”

James Has Built eXp Commercial Into a Formidable CRE Platform

In September 2020, James Huang was handed the reins to develop eXp World Holdings’ nascent commercial division into a competitor among long-standing giants in the commercial industry. And with tireless dedication, he did, taking eXp Commercial from an upstart to an entity turning heads in CRE. 

Recently, he added a distinguished longtime CRE leader to his team as Florida’s Jerry Anderson joined eXp Commercial. Jerry, along with other eXp Commercial leaders, including Jeff Finn and Fred Schmidt, will also help advise James as corporate advisors.
