Another day, another award. For the sixth consecutive year, eXp Realty was recognized on the T3 Sixty Mega 1000 list, garnering the No. 1 ranking in sides and agent count for 2022.

T3 Sixty’s Mega 1000 is an annual ranking of the 1,000 largest brokerages in the United States. Here’s how eXp Realty placed, based on 2022 results:

• No. 1 largest brokerage by transaction sides
• No. 1 largest brokerage by agent count
• No. 4 largest brokerage by sales volume

The Mega 1000 ranks the nation’s largest brokerages by U.S. sales volume for full-year 2022. Brokerages are also ranked by full-year 2022 transaction sides and agent counts as of December 31, 2022.
