eXp Realty Ranks No. 1 in Agent Count and Transaction Sides on 2022 T3 Sixty Mega 1000 List

As the world’s fastest-growing cloud-based real estate brokerage, eXp Realty continues to garner accolades. Today, eXp Realty was recognized on the T3 Sixty Mega 1000 list for the fifth consecutive year. 

The prestigious T3 Sixty Mega 1000 list is an annual ranking of the 1,000 largest brokerages in the United States. 

T3 Sixty cited eXp’s achievements for 2021 as follows: 

  • No. 1 Transaction Sides – eXp closed 444,367 transaction sides in 2021, which is a 495% increase from 2018.
  • No. 1 Agent Count – eXp ended 2021 with 71,137 agents. This is an increase of 72% from 2020’s count of 41,313. As of May 2, 2022, the agent count is more than 80,000. 
  • No. 4 Closed Sales Volume – eXp closed $156.1 billion in sales volume in 2021 as compared to $72.2 billion in 2020.

“eXp Realty, at No. 4 more than doubled its sales volume between 2020 and 2021 with an increase of nearly $84 billion. Since 2018, eXp sales volume has increased by nearly eight times.”

“Companies such as Compass, which moved from No. 3 in 2021 to No. 1 in this report, and eXp Realty, which grew sales volume by 116.2 percent from 2020 to 2021 and No. 4, achieved some of the largest growth over this period.”

“With eXp Realty’s leap, 2021 saw four brokerages top the $100 billion sales volume threshold.”
