eXp Realty Ranks No. 1 in Agent Count and Transaction Sides on 2022 T3 Sixty Mega 1000 List
As the world’s fastest-growing cloud-based real estate brokerage, eXp Realty continues to garner accolades. Today, eXp Realty was recognized on the T3 Sixty Mega 1000 list for the fifth consecutive year.
The prestigious T3 Sixty Mega 1000 list is an annual ranking of the 1,000 largest brokerages in the United States.
T3 Sixty cited eXp’s achievements for 2021 as follows:
- No. 1 Transaction Sides – eXp closed 444,367 transaction sides in 2021, which is a 495% increase from 2018.
- No. 1 Agent Count – eXp ended 2021 with 71,137 agents. This is an increase of 72% from 2020’s count of 41,313. As of May 2, 2022, the agent count is more than 80,000.
- No. 4 Closed Sales Volume – eXp closed $156.1 billion in sales volume in 2021 as compared to $72.2 billion in 2020.
