eXp Realty Recognizes 221 ICON Agents for January 2025 – Including First-time ICONs in Mexico and Germany
There’s big international news for ICON agents in January 2025 as eXp Realty agents Heiko Kaufmann from Germany and Caty Erhard from Mexico are the first agents in their respective countries to achieve the prestigious ICON Agent status. (Read about Heiko and Caty here.)
Each month, eXp World Holdings (Nasdaq: EXPI), the holding company for eXp Realty, the fastest-growing residential and commercial real estate company in the world, announces results for agents who made ICON status. In January, 221 eXp Realty agents – 182 in the U.S., 30 in Canada, three in the UK, one in Puerto Rico, Germany and Mexico – were honored as eXp Realty ICON agents for January 2025. Additionally, three eXp Commercial agents made ICON agent status!
The eXp Realty ICON Agent Award is reserved for agents who achieve exceptional production goals and positively impact company culture. This honor signals that these agents are leaders in their field and serve as examples to their colleagues by upholding the core values of eXp Realty.

The company’s cap is presently set at $16,000. Through the program, ICONs effectively can earn up to their entire cap amount back in the form of stock.
