  1. Workplace and Workplace Chat – This platform is eXp Realty agents’ favorite place to connect privately or through chat groups such as the popular eXp Water Cooler chat room. Agents get referrals, post announcements, discuss topics, broadcast live and recorded videos, and ask questions. It’s a tool created by Facebook but built for business. Available on desktop and mobile. Benefits: Collaboration, referrals, instant information. 
  1. eXp Enterprise – Everyone loves a good dashboard and eXp Enterprise provides it. eXp Realty agents can view everything about themselves and their business. Within Enterprise, they can view their production numbers, transactions and commissions, capping, as well as revenue share and their eXp equity holdings.   1. 360 Home – This “lifetime ownership solution” is part of the coveted kvCORE platform. 360 Home creates a strong connection between consumers and agents through the entire homeownership lifecycle, including offering home values, searching for a new home, and information about moving. It contains productivity tools that give high-touch engagement between agents and consumers via property searches, property alerts, market reports and other helpful interactions. Early results show consumers are up to 30 times more likely to initiate a conversation with their agent through this platform. 360 Home is offered by eXp in partnership with Inside Real Estate and is included in the monthly $85 tech fee.   1. SkySlope – eXp Realty agents use this transaction management platform to manage the tasks and processes related to creating real estate listings and closing real estate transactions. eXp agents can upload their buy- or sell-side transactions into SkySlope and transaction coordinators review if all the paperwork is submitted correctly and in order. Benefits: Low cost, easy to use, efficient.
  1. MyeXp – MyeXp mobile and web app is an all-encompassing tool for eXp Realty agents to manage their real estate business on the go. It offers features such as comprehensive tracking of revenue shares, mentor/mentee insights, instant customer support access, and real-time notifications. Additionally, it’s an invaluable resource for orienting new agents and enhancing their efficiency and decision-making capabilities. Team leaders can track their team’s progress with a clear overview, monitor units sold, volume achieved and team lead splits – all at a glance! Benefits: Instant answers, quick tracking, at-a-glance info.
  1. Luna – This OpenAI-powered support chatbot, affectionately named Luna, is available to eXp agents and assists with information about tech support, questions about company policies, rules and regulations, program information (i.e., eXp Mentor or ICON programs), revenue share, the eXp Equity program and much more. It provides real-time access to an agent’s business at eXp with information about their current transactions, sponsored agent’s joining status, broker contact info, next revenue share payout amount and more. There’s even marketing assistance! Ask Luna to create an Instagram caption with hashtags, a listing description, a full blog post, an ad campaign idea, ad copy, and email subject lines that convert.   1. eXp Exclusives – eXp Exclusives is a cutting-edge mobile app designed to provide eXp agents and their clients with unprecedented access to a vast network of on-and-off market listings. Powered by Zenlist, this innovative platform allows participating agents in the United States and Canada to seamlessly share off-market and pre-market listings with their fellow eXp agents and clients, all from the convenience of a mobile device. eXp Exclusives is free for eXp Realty agents and will serve as the centralized hub for all eXp Realty active MLS listings. With eXp Exclusives, agents and clients can gain exclusive insights into available properties and opportunities that may not be accessible through traditional channels.   1. Agent Accelerator – This program is exclusive to eXp Realty agents and is offered by Zoocasa, a property search portal owned by eXp Realty.  The Agent Accelerator program focuses on an agent’s growth to graduate from the program with a full pipeline of business with the aim to cap in their first quarter post-graduation. With no upfront cost or monthly fees, eXp agents who are accepted into the Agent Accelerator program receive exceptional training, coaching, mentorship and marketing with valuable data to help agents close more deals. The Agent Accelerator program is ideal for newer agents who want to increase their production with their existing pipeline while creating a new pipeline with Zoocasa’s qualified lead flow.
