eXp’s Juan Barreneche, Justice Pang, Courtney Stewart and Devin Tryan Among NAR’s ‘30-Under-30’ List of Nominees

Each June, Realtor^® Magazine releases its “30-Under-30” list of rising stars in the real estate industry and this year, eXp Realty has four agents who have been nominated: Juan Barreneche, Justice Pang, Courtney Stewart and Devin Tryan.

According to NAR, this list has been narrowed down from a pool of 300 applicants to 50. Of these, 30 will be selected for the 2023 class of 30-Under-30.

Voting will take place from now until March 31, noon Central time.

Juan Barreneche 

Juan Barreneche is 29 years old and is based in Flushing, NY. He joined eXp Realty in May 2018 and leads the Goldbar Real Estate Team. He is a 3X ICON agent, the eXp University Instructor of the Year in 2021 and 2022, and is an eXp Alpha Agent. In 2022, he had an individual closed sales volume of $77.6 million on 164 transactions.

Justice Pang

Justice Pang is 26 years old and is based out of Hilo, Hawaii. She joined eXp in October 2021 and is part of The Agency Team Hawaii. She is an ICON agent and a mentor with the eXp Mentor program. In 2022, she had an individual closed sales volume of $15.7 million on 64 transactions.

Courtney Stewart

Courtney Stewart is 29 years old and is based out of Atlanta. She joined eXp in July 2021 and leads the C. Stewart Group. She is an ICON agent and a mentor with the eXp Mentor program. In 2022,  she had an individual closed sales volume of $9.6 million on 29 transactions.
