Greece Becomes the 20th Location Where eXp Realty Has Opened Brokerage Operations

eXp Realty has neatly rounded out its brokerage operations to 20 locations around the world with the addition of Greece, a European Union country attractive to tourists for its alluring Greek islands, azure blue water and stunning, brilliant white homes. (Read the press release here.)

Greece is now one of seven European countries where eXp Realty has brokerage operations, including the United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Italy, Spain and Germany. 

Nikos Manomenidis, a longtime real estate veteran with more than 20 years of international experience in residential and commercial real estate, will lead brokerage operations in Greece. He has an impressive background, having served for five years as President at the Central European Real Estate Associations Network and a year and a half as a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors in Greece. He has also been announced as Honorary President of the Greek Association of Certified Real Estate Professionals.
