Inspiring Speakers, Plus Launch of Tech Tools Highlight 2023 Shareholder Summit
Speakers inspired, breakouts educated and the talk was distinctly tech as the 2023 Shareholder Summit concluded in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, attended by more than 3,300 registered attendees.
During the general sessions, motivational speaker Ed Mylett moved the audience to tears, Net Promoter® System (NPS) creator Fred Reichheld explained the importance of customer loyalty and Cassandra Worthy gave hope to others through her Change Enthusiasm Strategy system.
And, as usual, eXp is moving hard ahead to seize upon new technologies to help its agents with their business. One tool is an AI support chatbot called “Luna,” which can help an agent with any question they might have such as eXp policies, revenue share and more.
But, the big excitement was over a lead generation tool called My Lead My Link, which already has a patent pending. eXp World Holdings Founder, CEO and Chairman Glenn Sanford explained that agents can share an affiliate link to eXp Realty.com and any leads will come directly to the agent from anywhere in the country. His vision is for the tool to become a true national portal.
In conclusion, the 9th annual Summit attracted lots of interest. Here are some stats:
- 3,300+ registered attendees
- 300+ eXplorer Passes (Free passes requested by non-eXp agents)
- 55 sponsors
- 47 booths in EXPO Hall
- 75 breakouts
- 162 agent speakers
- $23,900 raised in the eXtend A Hand 5K Fund Run & Walk – $12,900 through the event and an additional $11,000 in donations.
- People attended from six international locations, including Australia, France, Canada, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom and the Dominican Republic.
- Four fast-track certification courses were offered, including in Relocation, REO, Affinity and Luxury.
- XCamp had 12 breakout sessions.
Two EXPCON Events Coming: Las Vegas and Canada!
All focus now shifts to EXPCON, which will be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on Oct. 2-5. Additionally, for the first time ever, EXPCON Canada will be held Sept. 6-8 in Vancouver. EXPCON’s theme is “eXplore Your Future: Embrace Innovation and Shape Tomorrow.”
Sanford said, “At this year’s EXPCON, we will encourage our agents to step outside of their comfort zones and boldly navigate uncharted territories in pursuit of growth and progress,” said Sanford.
“And that’s exactly what we are doing as a company, beginning with the launches of My Link My Lead and Luna. As the most agent-centric brokerage on the planet, our top priority is to help our agents grow their businesses, and both of these tools were designed to do just that.”
