Jeff Burke & Associates Joins eXp Realty, Bringing $35.4M in Production to Michigan’s “Middle of the Mitten”

Real estate veteran Jeff Burke has officially aligned his powerhouse team, Jeff Burke & Associates, with eXp Realty, marking a major move for the Lansing and Grand Rapids markets. 

The team joined eXp in April 2025, bringing with them a 2024 production volume of $35.4 million across 159 units. The group includes eight agents and three support staff who serve the “Middle of the Mitten” – a nod to Michigan’s distinct hand-shaped geography.

The decision to move to eXp Realty came after six months of careful consideration. Burke, who was personally introduced to the company by top-producing agent and leader Spring Bengtzen, says the decision was rooted in more than just numbers.

“We joined eXp because of the systems, structure, and support it provides,” Burke said. “But just as importantly, we were drawn by the multiple income streams through stock and revenue share – and most of all, the opportunity to be in business with people whose mindsets align with mine.”

Burke’s team brings broad expertise across residential, luxury, condos, land, farms, commercial, and investment properties, giving them a deep and diverse footprint across central Michigan. Their client-focused approach and consistent results have made them one of the top teams in the region.

With a real estate career spanning over 25 years, Burke has seen the industry shift dramatically, and he’s always stayed a step ahead. His brokerage journey began at RE/MAX in 1998, followed by two decades at Keller Williams from 2004 to 2025. His move to eXp Realty represents the next evolution for his team’s growth and impact.
