For the second straight year, eXp Realty has compiled lists of the Top 250 U.S. individual agents and Top 250 U.S. teams based on volume. The achievements showcased are remarkable, with numerous agents and teams delivering exceptional results throughout 2023. Once again, Florida’s John Scalia has taken top honors in individual achievements and The Short Term Shop has grabbed the top spot among teams for both volume and number of sides.

Leading in individual sales volume is John Scalia, an eXp Realty agent based in South Florida who is a 4-time ICON agent. In 2023, John finished with $152,265,940 in sales on 386 sides.
Second is Tara Foster-Shapiro, an eXp agent based in Newport Beach, California, who closed 2023 with $72,720,800 in volume.
Third is Chandra Kaladhar Vennapusa, an eXp Realty agent based in Bothell, Washington. He closed with $70,341,247 in sales in 2023. Chandra was one of four “Rookies of the Year” for eXp in 2022, given to the highest GCI-producing newcomers who joined eXp in 2022. He is a two-time ICON agent.

The individual agent with the most sides in 2023 was John Scalia with 386 units. He closed on $152,265,940 in sales.
Second in sides was Brian Copland of Austin, Texas with 203. He closed $36,524,226.2 in sales in 2023. He is an ICON agent.
Third was Charles Williamson of Wilson, North Carolina who had 168 sides and $53,426,029 in volume. He is a three-time ICON agent.
