Kaylie Miller and The Property Wives Bring Heart, Color, and Community to Northern Colorado Real Estate

Kaylie Miller is bringing energy, authenticity, and a bold splash of color to Northern Colorado real estate. Since becoming licensed in 2022 with eXp Realty, she’s helped more than 30 families achieve homeownership, with over $12.6 million in sales in 2024 alone. Based in the Fort Collins area, Kaylie is passionate about working with first-time buyers and creating a supportive, educational experience from start to finish.

Known locally as one half of The Property Wives –  playful, empowering brand she shares with her wife, Riley Rose – Kaylie isn’t just building a business, she’s building community. Whether it’s her signature bright yellow and pink outfits or her commitment to inclusivity, Kaylie shows up as her full self in everything she does.

Even in Kaylie’s young professional life, she has been recognized by NOCO Style magazine as a 30 under 30 winner for most influential people in Northern Colorado. 

In this Q&A, Kaylie shares how the Property Wives brand – and their impact – is only just beginning. 

When did you join eXp?

“I joined eXp in March 2023. Before that, I was my sister’s full-time live-in nanny for two and one-half years and it was the best thing ever, getting so much quality time with my nieces and my sister! 

Why did you join eXp?

“When I was studying to get licensed, I interviewed 27 Realtors at different brokerages, because I wanted to make sure that it was the best fit for me. I looked far and wide to find a woman who was running the business I would want to emulate.

I found Gogo Bethke and Amy Gregory. They were powerhouse women building impressive businesses, leading and inspiring national and international teams. While still having a work-life balance where they are present and involved in their kids’ lives. There was an obvious choice about a brokerage that gave us not only one way but multiple ways to build streams of income, make more impact, and build a life for us and our families.” 

Number of people on your team:

“I’m a solo agent until my wife gets her license. But, I am on a team called Hub, Brokered by eXp. Under my sponsor, eXp Realty agent Amy Gregory, I can receive all of the amazing training, education, and community they have built on an online level. However, I also needed leads as a new agent and Hub has a Zillow Flex team that I was able to join. It has been such a blessing to my business and my life. 

All of the clients that I have worked with have truly blessed my life! So it’s cool for agents who join eXp under me because they have top-notch online training and community through Team Gogo and the local community with Hub.”

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

To breathe deeper, to walk slower, and to spend summer nights on the back porch looking at the Colorado mountains with my kids running around and laughing.

Love. 

One trait that has led to your success?

Being delusional enough to believe in my huge dreams even when they don’t make sense to anyone else.

I was USA National Miss Colorado 2021.
