Life Strategist Ed Fordyce Says eXp Realty Aligns With His Vision and Aspirations

Ed Fordyce wears many hats – from real estate agent to life and business strategist. In June 2023, Ed Fordyce embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining eXp Realty, citing it as a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate company that aligns perfectly with his vision and aspirations.

Though not in production, Ed’s journey to eXp Realty was paved by his passion for coaching, speaking, and training. Describing himself as a “Bio Individual Life & Business Strategist,” Ed recognized the incredible potential of eXp Realty’s platform to expand his coaching business while simultaneously creating additional streams of income through revenue share and stock opportunities.

“The vibe at eXp aligns with mine. I was considering the move 10 years ago, but the timing wasn’t right. Now it is! All great leaders and agents are moving to eXp,” said Ed.

Based in sunny southwest Florida, Ed’s reach extends far beyond regional boundaries, where he feels he can build his real estate team effectively. With systems in place, Ed is confident that he can recruit agents at a high level, making eXp Realty the perfect breeding ground for his coaching endeavors. 

Real Estate Success and Aspirations Ahead

His recent experience at the Shareholder Summit in Orlando, courtesy of his friend Guillermo Salas, was refreshing. It brought back memories of his early days at Keller Williams from 2009 to 2016, where he thrived as a Team Leader. He made the Exton, Pennsylvania office the most profitable market center in Pennsylvania and then launched the West Chester and Devon Wayne offices, growing them to a total of 500 agents before leaving. Now, Ed is excited to embark on a new journey with eXp Realty, fueled by the same energy and enthusiasm that marked his previous successes.

Ed is also a man with a mission. He aims to free 100 kids per month from human sex trafficking, an ambitious goal that he plans to achieve through a partnership with Operation Underground Railroad. With the support of his partners at eXp Realty, Ed is confident that this vision will become a reality, adding a powerful layer of purpose to his professional endeavors.
