“I was first approached by Joey Satariano about seven years ago. I had my own brokerage for decades as well as our development company. I told them many times over the years that I appreciated that they thought of me but I would be the last person that would make a move like that.’’

“Once I did make the move, my only regret was that I had not made it years before,’’ Paul said, adding: “After decades of running my own brokerage, the process seemed daunting to move to eXp. However, the change was well worth the effort. eXp has brought the fun back into the business.’’
