Missouri Mega Team Revoir Real Estate Group Going the Distance With eXp Realty 

As a marathon runner who has amazingly notched 26.2-mile road races in all of 50 U.S. states, Linda Revoir is all about setting goals, endurance and winning.

In 2006, with her husband building homes in the Springfield, Missouri area, Linda earned her real estate license to help him sell those houses. She rocketed to top salesperson in her brokerage, and the family affair was expanded when daughter Kellie Revoir became licensed in 2013.

Fast forward to 2023, with a lot of miles and a lot of house sales under their belts, the mother-daughter team made a big switch by moving the Revoir Real Estate Group to eXp Realty.

With $72 million in sales in 2022, this Show-Me-State juggernaut firm is ready for the next level of service and opportunity. All 15 team members plus three administrative employees have made the move.

Not bad coming from a community-minded contributor like Kellie, who has served as President of Women’s Council of Realtors, multiple committees within the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors, a highly experienced real estate coach, leader, trainer and speaker on multiple real estate platforms. 

“The move to eXp did not come lightly. There were a lot of thought processes and prayers as we tried to visualize our 5- and 10-year plan. When and why did you join eXp? Who introduced you?

“Linda and I have had many people introduce eXp to me over the years. We were never in a position to where we wanted to make that change. Eventually, we started searching for other opportunities and reaching out to different brokerages to discuss their options. Ultimately, along with the entire team, we decided to partner with eXp. We reviewed all of the options and discovered that eXp had the most opportunities for each and every individual on the team to excel and succeed at the pace that they chose!” 

What are your impressions of eXp so far?

“We are two months into the move and so far we are excited about the opportunities we have been given and even more excited about the opportunities that we haven’t explored yet!”

Do you specialize in certain types of real estate? 

“We specialize mainly in residential real estate whether that’s with first-time home buyers or families that are looking to move up or downsize. We are constantly looking for new rental or remodel projects for our investor clients.  Our team works not only with investors but we also have two builders with a vast portfolio of new construction options. We are a one-stop shop for real estate needs!”
