New Zealand Is Australia’s New eXp Realty Neighbor Down Under!
Australia was among one of the first countries added during eXp Realty’s international expansion and now its nearest neighbor, New Zealand, has been added as well! New Zealand becomes the 21st country where eXp Realty has brokerage operations. (Read press release here.)

Australia was added as the fourth country to eXp Realty’s locations in December 2019 after Canada in 2012 and the United Kingdom in November 2019. eXp Realty launched in 2009 and its headquarters are in the United States.
Maria Stephens, who has more than 12 years real estate experience as an agent and senior brand manager, will lead operations in New Zealand.
