Pennsylvania’s Rory Burkhart Moves Team to eXp Realty for Rev Share and an ‘Adrenaline Boost’
Rory Burkhart has been contemplating moving his team to eXp Realty for the past few years, but once he fully realized the potential of eXp Realty’s model, it was full speed ahead.
“After learning more about how eXp structured their revenue share and stock options compared to the “profit share” at my current brokerage, the differences started to magnify to a point where I could see tangible differences to my team’s bottom line,” said Rory, who moved his six agents and three admins to eXp.
“I made the decision to join and leave Keller Williams because I believe in eXp’s model and the opportunity for teams and agents to produce multiple revenue streams and to learn from others who have already paved the way.”
The Rory Burkhart Team closed $52,100,000 in sales on 111 units with Keller Williams in Pennsylvania’s Chester County in 2022. While they handle sales in every price range from $100,000-$9,000,000 and up, they do have a niche in the luxury segment as well as new construction. Their average sale price last year was about $630,000.
Rory says he has built a “one-stop shop” environment for his clients and can represent them in any aspect of real estate ownership — buying or selling, refinancing, title, remodeling, investing or additions. His team is also expanding into property management, “which is a natural evolution from managing our own real estate holdings.”
