RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand List Recognizes 18 eXp Realty Agents and Teams in 2022
Eighteen eXp Realty agents and teams have been recognized among the top .065% of more than 1.6 million licensed U.S. realtors.
They are featured in the 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry’s The Thousand list, which also appeared in The Wall Street Journal on June 10. The Thousand is an annual, national ranking program that ranks the top 500 agents and top 500 teams by transaction sides and sales volume.
It was a record-breaking year with 23,910 qualifying submissions, and the 1,000 winning agents and teams closed an average of 241.2 transaction sides in 2021, compared to 211 in 2020. Individual agents also broke records with an average sales price of more than $1 million.
