Sacramento eXp Realty ICON Agent LuAnn Shikasho Named 2022 U.S. Agent of the Year

Professional, persistent, honest and energetic are just some of the words that describe Sacramento-based eXp Realty ICON agent LuAnn Shikasho. 

These qualities have earned her more than 150 similar five-star customer reviews on RateMyAgent, a real estate reviews platform founded in 2014. At an online awards celebration on January 26, LuAnn was named RateMyAgent’s 2022 U.S. Agent of the Year. An in-person awards event to honor LuAnn, along with 50 state winners and more than 1,000 city awardees, is scheduled for April 20 at Inman Connect in New York.

RateMyAgent’sThe Agent of the Year award was first launched in Australia in 2014, followed by the U.S. in 2021, and honors agents who are committed to customer satisfaction and delivering remarkable client experiences. Winners are selected based on total transactions and verified reviews within the last 24 months, as well as the percentage of transactions over the last 12 months that have a positive client review. 

“This award is a culmination of all the years of hard work and dedication to serve my clients and community,” LuAnn said. “It shows the trusted relationship that I have with my clients and the passion I have for helping them succeed in their real estate journey. It’s so important that my clients feel they have an honest, hard-working advisor truly looking out for their best interests, so getting these reviews is validation that what we are doing is working. In addition to winning the 2022 U.S. Agent of the Year Award, LuAnn won the following categories: West Region, California, Sacramento County, Top 5 – Yolo County, Elk Grove and Sacramento.

LuAnn has worked in real estate for more than 14 years and joined eXp Realty in January 2017. Since then, she has won the eXp Realty ICON Agent Award every year, from 2017-2021. This honor signals that these agents are leaders in their field and serve as examples to their colleagues by upholding the core values of eXp Realty.
