The Movement Begins: Highlights From eXpcon Miami 2025

The real estate event of the season lit up Miami on Monday with high energy, major moments, and leadership in motion. From sunrise on the boardwalk to the neon glow of AI After Dark, eXpcon 2025 set the tone for an unforgettable week.

Laughter, lattes, and a steady stream of agents filled the Miami Beach Convention Center as eXpcon Miami 2025 came to life. Coffee in hand and badges shining, attendees from around the world greeted one another with smiles and plenty of “good to finally meet you” moments.

5K Run & Walk Benefiting eXtend a Hand

As agents laced up their sneakers, the 5K Run & Walk Benefiting eXtend a Hand, powered by HouseWhisper, set the pace for the day. The event raised funds for eXp’s nonprofit foundation, eXtend a Hand, which provides financial support to agents and staff facing hardship from catastrophic events or medical crises.

Smiles, high-fives, and finish-line photos filled the morning, a reminder that when eXp moves, it moves with purpose.

Strength and Safety: Gracie University Self-Defense for Realtors

Rener and Eve Gracie of Gracie University, the internationally recognized training organization founded by the family that created Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, led a three-hour Gracie Self-Defense for Realtors session. Agents learned 10 essential techniques to stay safe on the job — including how to break free from a grab, protect themselves in close quarters, and escape if attacked.

The session ended with applause and gratitude as attendees left empowered, equipped with practical skills they could carry into both life and business.

Mission Connect: Honoring Service and Leadership

Veterans, active-duty service members, spouses, and allies gathered for Mission Connect, celebrating the One eXp Military Network. The event featured a Change of Command ceremony, welcoming Sherri Gramlich and Arturo Cardenas as new leaders. It was a moment of pride and unity — a reminder that leadership at eXp extends far beyond business.

Fast Track: Luxury and Land & Ranch Certifications

Agents spent the afternoon earning new credentials and expanding their expertise. The Luxury Certification brought proven strategies from top producers in high-end real estate, while the debut of the Land & Ranch Certification opened a new pathway for agents entering this growing niche. Both sessions offered practical insights, expert instruction, and fresh opportunities to grow.

XCamp: Ideas in Action

XCamp turned the spotlight on agents, inviting them to lead peer discussions on attraction, marketing, and business systems. Ideas flowed fast, whiteboards filled up, and conversations carried through every corner of the room — a snapshot of collaboration in motion.

Inside eXp: A Conversation With Leadership

eXplorer passholders joined Chief Executive Officer, Leo Pareja, Chief Marketing Officer, Wendy Forsythe, and Chief Learning Officer, Bryon Ellington for an inside look at eXp’s vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap. The executive-led discussion offered a transparent look at where the company is headed — and how eXplorers play a key role in shaping what comes next.

AI After Dark: Innovation Meets Celebration

The EXPO Hall transformed into a high-energy celebration of innovation during AI After Dark. Agents explored new tools, met vendors, and connected beneath the glow of neon lights — a fitting close to a day defined by movement, purpose, and possibility.
