The final General Session of eXpcon Miami 2025 wrapped the week with energy, laughter and forward focus. The crowd filled the Miami Beach Convention Center for one last gathering of agents, leaders and visionaries ready to take what they learned and apply it in the year ahead.

Energy in Motion

Emcees Frank Panunto and Loran Coleman opened the final General Session with high energy and humor.

Frank Panunto and Loran Coleman opened the session with humor and energy, setting a tone of connection and anticipation. Their welcome reminded everyone that eXpcon is more than an event. It’s where ideas are shared, collaboration happens and the future of the business takes shape.

Welcome New Joiners

eXp’s newest agents took the stage in jerseys to celebrate growth and community across the company.

Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, and Wendy Forsythe, Chief Marketing Officer, welcomed some of eXp’s newest joiners to the stage — Brett Zebrowski, Todd Denman, LeAnne Weathers and Helen Archer. Wearing eXp jerseys and tossing extras into the audience, they brought the crowd to its feet in a moment that celebrated connection, excitement and growth.

The segment highlighted eXp’s collaborative spirit and the momentum of agents joining from across the world, each adding to the company’s growing global network.

Context 2025: The Opportunities of Change

CEO Leo Pareja broke down the market forces shaping real estate and where agents can lead.

Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, took the stage to break down what’s driving today’s housing market and what agents can do about it. He shared insights on affordability, competition and shifting buyer behavior, urging agents to lead with facts and focus on educating their clients.

He emphasized that the market still holds opportunity for those who stay active and informed. “The economy isn’t holding you back,” he said. “People are still buying and selling homes. Your job is to make sure they do it with you.”

The One Decision That Changes Everything

Spring Bengtzen spoke about the personal choices that shape a career.

Spring Bengtzen, founder of The Utah Life Real Estate Group, shared a personal story about making bold choices and trusting your instincts. She spoke about the moments that define growth and how courage comes from moving forward even when the outcome isn’t certain. Her talk reminded the audience that big change starts with one deliberate decision.

The Session in Reflection
