Vegas’ Juan Lopez Moves His 10-agent Team to eXp Realty to ‘Learn From the Top Teams in the Country’ 

Learning, growing and being financially secure is what motivates Las Vegas’ Juan Lopez, who moved his 10-agent Lopez Real Estate Group Team from Keller Williams to eXp Realty in December 2023.

“It was not an easy decision, although when you were offered to collaborate and learn from the top real estate teams across the country, I could not pass up the opportunity to learn and grow. Education has always been my number one priority and a reason for our success,” Juan said. 

Juan and his 10-agent team closed on $48 million in sales volume on 161 units in 2023.

On his Instagram page, Juan said he is partnering with the Fast Forward movement alongside eXp Realty agents Kyle Whissel and Dan Beer Home Team, which hosts weekly trainings for agents on all levels – from brand-new agents to multimillion-dollar producers offering everyone the opportunity to build up their real estate business.

“I like the fact that I am learning so much from every meeting that I have with eXp. I think eXp has so much to offer. Now that I have made the move the only thought that comes through my mind is why didn’t I move sooner.” 

Family Is Everything to Juan

Juan said his motivation to work hard is because he watched his parents struggle financially and he made it his goal to never worry about money.

“It stems from a need to make sure I never have to experience the same financial hardships my parents did,” Juan said. “My motivation has always been to help my family, they have always been there for me and continue to support me in anything that I do.”
