Wyoming’s Patrick Graham Moves His 12-agent Independent Brokerage to eXp Realty

Cheyenne broker has several passions: cycling, faith and real estate

Patrick Graham has a lifelong gift for charting the long course. The Cheyenne, Wyoming, eXp Realty agent has been a long-distance cyclist since he was 15 years old. His feats include 1,300-mile treks all across the U.S., all for noble causes like the Alzheimer’s Association or suicide prevention education. 

“My passion is bicycling. I have pedaled across the United States, from California to Florida and through Canada. In 2016, I bicycled from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Orlando, Florida to attend the National Association of Realtors Conference. And yes, I do sell real estate from the seat of my bicycle,’’ he said.

As a cyclist whose Cycle For Life organization raises thousands of dollars for worthwhile causes, Patrick is equally dedicated to his independent brokerage, Our323 Real Estate. But for a few years, he realized he needed a new and more effective model.

Patrick Moves 12-Agent Team to eXp Realty

With more than $34 million in sales in 2023, Patrick saw 2024 as the time to make a change. He used the same planning and analytical skills to figure out how to get better mileage out of his 12-agent real estate team.

Within weeks, Patrick knew eXp Realty was the right fit. And on July 16, 2024, Our323 Real Estate moved its team to eXp Realty.

“Over the last six years running Our323, my business continued to grow in the number of agents and sales. While I love the mentoring and training of new agents entering the business, I was becoming burdened with the backend responsibilities, duties and liability of operating my own brokerage,’’ Patrick said.

“I began looking into a couple of different brokerages and eXp presented itself as the clear winner,’’ he said.

‘The Faithful Agent’ Also Attracted Patrick to eXp

Just as his long-distance bike riding is a main feature of his charitable work and fundraising efforts, faith-based initiatives in real estate are also key to Patrick’s business practice. In fact, back in 2022, Patrick said he was introduced to “The Faithful Agent,’’ a collaborative of Christian agents founded by eXp agent Garrett Maroon. 

“Ultimately, this was the driving factor to look into eXp as ‘The Faithful Agent’ aligned with my Christian-based business model. Our323 Real Estate was named after our mission statement. Colossians 3:23,’’ he said.
