You Asked, We Delivered: Improvements to the U.S. eXp Realty Mentor Program
The eXp Realty Mentor Program is a valuable resource for agents new to eXp Realty or new to the real estate business. As the program grows, eXp Realty agents have submitted ideas to improve its effectiveness.
Some recent updates to the U.S. Mentor Program include:
Additional Transaction Types: Previously, transaction types such as rentals, lot/land, and personal transactions did not count toward requirements for mentees to graduate. But now, qualified transactions based on a minimum commission amount paid to mentors and the program will be counted. This update streamlines the process, making it more adaptable to diverse real estate niches.
Celebrating Milestones: To celebrate newly graduated mentees, an eXp Mentee Graduation Ceremony will take place quarterly in eXp World where mentors and their mentees will be honored for their achievements.
Welcomed Feedback: The eXp Realty Mentor Program welcomes feedback via surveys. This input is valuable to continue to make improvements to the program.
