• Since being named Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial in November 2021, Britney has expanded eXp Commercial’s Florida presence by 125%. 

• She has closed on more than $250 million in sales, including her role in developing some of Tampa Bay’s largest retail developments ever, including the 52-acre Westshore Marina District.

• At age 28, having already earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member, she served as the 2017 president of the Florida Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter’s West Coast District.

• In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Britney earned her general contractor license and opened her own development and construction business, Build It Brit, Inc.

• She earned recognition as a “Top 40 Under 40” honoree by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2020 and by “Top 40 Under 40” by the Business Observer in 2021.

• In May 2022, she was named among Connect Commercial Real Estate’s 2022 Next Generation Award honorees.

How many agents and support staff are joining you at eXp? “It was just me when I joined in November 2021. I now am a mentor to 11 mentees in our commercial program and I oversee 109 agents throughout Florida.”

When and why did you join eXp? Who introduced you?

“I joined in November 2021 as the Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial in Florida. My mother, Cindy Greco, had been at eXp Realty since 2018 on the residential side and she introduced me to the eXp family. After several years in the commercial real estate development world, I decided to jump back into the commercial real estate brokerage.”

How long were you considering the move to eXp?

“I started my career in brokerage at Colliers International for 8 years. I then took a leap to the development side and worked as Vice President of BTI Partners where I oversaw the development of a 52-acre mixed-use waterfront development in Tampa, Florida. At the completion of that project, I decided that I wanted to re-join the brokerage community and also start my own construction company, Build It Brit, Inc.”

What is your product specialty? 

Retail leasing, Land sales for development, Mixed-use projects and construction.
