After 16 years in the real estate industry, Ray Little and his highly successful Little Property Group have decided it’s time for something new. Based in Duncan, British Columbia, on stunning Vancouver Island, Ray and his three-person team have made a significant shift, joining eXp Realty in March 2025.

For nearly two years, Ray and his team carefully considered their options, weighing the benefits of joining eXp Realty. Their sponsor, eXp agent Chris Molenaar, provided unwavering support and patience throughout the process, allowing them to take their time to ensure this transition was the right fit.

Their attendance at a real estate event in Texas and eXpcon in Toronto last year solidified their decision. What stood out wasn’t just the expansive opportunities eXp offers, but also the sense of community, inclusion, and collaboration.
