Big moves are happening in Atlanta. Esther Ozuna, the powerhouse broker leading the 1111 Real team, has officially joined eXp Realty. Known for her leadership in the real estate community, Esther brings her seven-person team along for the ride, ready to take advantage of everything eXp has to offer.

With more than five years in the business – including two years with Coldwell Banker and one with Keller Williams – Esther has already built an impressive career, helping families navigate the home buying and selling process. She’s not just a top agent – she’s also past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Atlanta, Sponsorship Director for NAHREP Atlanta, and a Top Producer in Atlanta in 2024. Additionally, she just snagged Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 from the Women’s Council of Realtors Georgia. Safe to say, she’s been busy.

Why She Made the Move

Esther had been thinking about a brokerage change for a few months, especially as she planned an expansion into California. That’s when she connected with eXp Realty agent Joseph Trujillo, who gave her a fresh perspective on what eXp could offer.

“Once Joseph broke it all down (about eXp), I realized how much opportunity there is here,” Esther said. “When I talked to my team, they were immediately on board. We were all ready for a change.”
