“I’ve been nominated for the Long Island Real Producers magazine; garnered more than 80 5-star reviews on Zillow and have sold over 100 homes in the past five years,’’ Aaron said.

“I joined eXp Realty in September 2018 with my colleague Juan Carlos Barreneche. There were only 8,000 agents in the whole company at the time and we had a vision to build a large real estate team. I joined the company because of all of the benefits as far as earning potential, stock options, revenue share, and the ability to earn 100% commission,’’ he said.
As an early adopter, Aaron has leveraged eXp’s arsenal of tools. Working with buyers and sellers in Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn’s brisk market of condo, co-op and single-family sales, Aaron racked up $60 million in sales on 44 transactions in 2023.

“One thing that surprised me about eXp was the fact that they were so innovative in the space. Being able to live life on my own terms by earning enough leveraged income to give back to the people who have helped me and especially start charity organizations.
