eXp Commercial Unveils 2024 Top 20 Producers by Volume, with David Spencer Leading the Pack
eXp Commercial has released its third annual Top 20 eXp Commercial Producers By Volume list for 2024, recognizing the top-performing advisors who achieved significant transaction volume over the past year. At the top of the list is David Spencer, who secured major deals that helped drive his success.
Top Three eXp Commercial Producers By Volume
Leading the rankings in individual sales volume for 2024 is David Spencer of Georgia, who closed several major deals, including the $87 million acquisition of five self-storage assets in Florida. As a member of The Storage Acquisition Group, David specializes in identifying and facilitating self-storage acquisitions across the United States.
In second place, Paul Frank of California completed over 60 transactions nationwide, including a $9.3 million deal in Murrieta, California. With 36+ years of experience in commercial development and brokerage, Paul represents buyers and sellers across all property types and transaction types, both nationally and internationally.
Rounding out the top three, Jonathan Bias, also of California, closed more than 40 transactions across the state in 2024. Jonathan specializes in leasing and sales across all property types, working with both landlords and tenants.
